Jonny Sundt, commentator for FloBikes and former domestic pro road and cyclocross racer, has come up a lot in recent shows, so it was time we sat down with the man himself.

Chris McGovern has been racing bikes since he was five years old. More recently he is the coach to some of the top cyclocross athletes in North America, a guy who has experience running the US Cyclocross program, a framebuilder, and in his spare time, an ultra-endurance runner. We talk about all of that and more.

Terry Buchanan and Zac Daab were two of the main people behind Tacoma Cyclocross Nationals. They also run Low Pressure Promotions, which hosts MFG Cyclocross and other great racing series. Terry and Zac called in to chat about the history of Seattle-area cyclocross and the behind-the-scenes look at the 2019 USA Cycling Cyclocross Championships.

Micah Rice, former National Events VP at USA Cycling and current VP at Sports Strategies and director of the 4 day Pikes Peak Apex MTB race, joins us for a wide ranging conversation that covers the 2013 Cyclocross World Championships, a slew of CXNATS memories, and some really good advice and strategies for race organizers.
