Hailing from North Dakota, new Red Sox pitcher Matt Strahm has found himself as a key part of the Sox's bullpen this season, having blown away baseball with his showcase this offseason. The lefty joins Bradfo and Coop to discuss everything from blackout on the mound, uniquely cursing himself out, an unbelievable commitment to hair growth,  and the evolution of his wildly popular YouTube channel. It's a good one.

Dalbec joins Bradfo for a wide-ranging interview, touching on everything from Bobby's strategy when it comes to waving to the significant change he has made to his swing. Also discussed is Whitlock's lot in life, more specifically whether or not he should be a starter or reliever. Bradfo and Barrett also discuss the likelihood (or lack of) that Xander Bogaerts fits into Chaim Bloom's future plans for the Red Sox. Coop Leonard also joins to share what he saw as the most important/viral baseball clips on social media from the past week.

In a must-listen hour-long podcast, Holt offers behind-the-scenes insight into some of his most memorable moments while giving updates on his son Griff, along with Griff's best friends, Mookie Betts and Andrew Benintendi. He also reveals the real reason the Flo Bros. came to an end.
