We've been gone a while but fear not! A slight format change and making things slightly more concise means more easily sustained energy and less time we need to carve out to actually do this dang thing!  And what a time to get back into it! Hamish has returned from Gamescom and has a LOT to say about the Cyberpunk 2077 demo, Sekiro, Spiderman, Kingdom Hearts 3, and more! We also discuss No Man's Sky's daft multiplayer and the fact that Shenmue is still a prrrretty bad game.

Hamish is back from LA while Nico maybe literally melts from the heat. Either way, we've been playing a bunch of video games, feeling baffled by The Crew 2 while loving the hell out of Wreckfest, biting people in Vampyr, doing other vampire-related things in Bloodstained, fearing for the future of Life is Strange (spoiler warning for Captain Strange at 1:19:40), talking about Matthew McConaughey as Sonic, and trying (and failing) to not sound like total wanks when discussing how we conceptualise m

We're back after a month-long break and to celebrate, Hamish is in LA, we have 40s and we're spending over four hours (!) talking about every E3 press conference! Witness as we get a lil drunk then proceed to sober up; discussing why Daemon X Machina was the game of the show, Death Stranding's Bad Toenail Scene, some asides about Detroit Become Human, and quoting Limp Bizkit lyrics at each other. Ohhhhh maayayayayyy gaaaaawd!

It's your favourite TV news and Chad experts (?) back once again to give you the leanest cast in a while, clocking in at a measly three hours as opposed to three-and-a-half. We haven't played many games, but we've battled royally, we've warred godly, we've raced... pod-ly, and most important of all, Nico has more hot Dawson's Creek gossip.

It feels weird releasing on a Thursday for the first time in months. To celebrate, as usual, we're talking all the hot new releases - Onimusha, Gunpla, and working out the plot to our new romantic comedy My French Son (starring Matthew McConaughey). We also discuss that Chrono Trigger "PC port", punching horses in Kingdom Come Deliverance, the battle of attrition that is Tekken Mobile, and everyone's favourite characters from Final Fantasy XV... Llama and Plumbob from The Sims 4.

We're back to talk about all the monster hunting games you can think of. Monster Hunter World, Shadow of the Colossus, that new mobile Tekken game... you name it, it's a monster, we'll play or hunt it. I am very tired and have no idea what I'm talking about. We also dive deep on Viva La Bam, Karl Pilkington's Rockbusters, and KingK's recent  shenanigans. Grab yourself a BK Joe!

We're now fully into 2018 and we have actual new games to show for it! Good ones too! So obviously we spend most of the podcast talking about how Heavy Rain might legitimately be worse than Ride to Hell. Don't worry, we discuss hot new release Ehrgeiz too.
