 #69 Steve “Scotty” Scott | File Type: video/quicktime | Duration: 0:03:19

Scott and I have a lot in common. I was never a Mainframe programmer (luckily!) but I was a loooong time a Windows (or at least a Microsoft) programmer. It's no wonder the guy is beloved by all the Mac developers. He gives so much love in the community, as he explains in the interview, that we all wish he'll be around for the next 40 years or so ;) Well at least we are all waiting for the NSConference 2010!

 #68 Jason Harris | File Type: video/quicktime | Duration: 0:03:38

I heard about Jason for the first time I think back in the MyDreamApp.com (site is down btw) days... We kept always in touch and it turns out we'll even hang out in Yosemite together with Ken@eCamm and Zhares (the cameraman) just after WWDC. Jason lives in Barcelona and explains how he was, just like me, impressed by the quality of the sessions, even though he was mainly coming to meet with his fellow developers as he says...

 #67 NSConference 2009, Day 1 | File Type: video/quicktime | Duration: 0:06:51

Finally got into working out the Rushes from the amazing NSConference back in April! This first Episode is basically a summary of the first day, with, among other things, the amazing talk about Accessibility but also the talks of Matt Gemmell and Fraiser Speers. We then had a very cool Recording of the Mac Developer Round Straight table (Is this Episode already online?) and went to the NSConference Banquet where I could interview some people. There's a sneak preview of that at the end, but you'll have to wait to see the interviews I did with Jason Harris, Mike Lee, Steve Scott, Philippe Mougin (in French) and Don MacAllister. Stay tuned.  #65 Asus [Displays: Wireless, USB, 120Hz] | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 0:09:50

This is our last episode in the Asus serie. We've covered the Eee family in the last 3 episodes and in this one we concentrate on the amazing (and compatible with our macs) display technologies that Asus has been working on. At the end we wrap us with some final thought. Thanks again to Teodoro and Jiayu for their wonderful introductions to their cool products. Click here to view the embedded video.

#64 Asus [Eee Top, Keyboard, Video Phone] | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 0:09:57

Following my "Asus vs Apple" (it *does not* have to be like that, there's room for both), here's something Apple could/should bring in the iMacs: Touchscreens. Instead of making the keyboard smaller and smaller, just get rid of it... In this Interview Teodoro shows us how Asus will bring the Computer in the kitchen. Even more cool is the Asus Eee Keyboard. This is *really* cool and I'm sure lots of people will have that as their main computer very soon. Seriously, it's enough to do a bunch of things we usually do with computers, and once Utra Wide band will be there, it's just the perfect media center. Click here to view the embedded video.

 #63 Asus [Tablet 9" & Eee Box] | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 0:08:58

Here's the second episode of our Asus Interviews serie. In the first episode we saw the Eee Shell but also the 10" Tablet Eee PC. In this episode we look at the 9" version, which has built in GPS! We also look at the Eee Box, a tiny computer that fits behind your monitor. Aaah, if only some of that stuffs would run OS X... Click here to view the embedded video.

 #62 Asus [Eee Shell & Tablet 10"] | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 0:09:52

I went to CeBIT first and foremost for Asus. Although I'm a MacHead and I just can't stand Windows, I still recognize when a company is inovating in some areas. Obviously Asus in sometime inspired by Apple, but really, Apple should (and maybe will) be inspired by the Eee story. If you google a bit around, you'll see that Asustek had something to do with Apple also, in the past. So it's with a big excitement that I looked forward to the Asus Booth... And boy was I blown away! At first I was a bild cold because the woman in charge of the press was not welcoming us "warm" (you know, "podcasters"...), but then she found us a *very good* "client" (as we say in this case), a very nice italian guy speaking a lot, which is exactly what we love, at Pomcast. Hey BTW thanks to Zhares, our cameraman, which has also done an amazing job on those 2 days at CeBIT (even though I'm the one spending time Editing all those footage...). Ok, so go ahead, this is only the first of a series of 4 (or maybe 5) interviews with Asus. On this one, We look at their new "Sea Shell" and their 10" Tablet. You can see in the "intro" what you'll see in the next episodes: The 9" Tablet, Windows 7 on a netbook, The "Desktop" Eee, the "very very slim" desktop Eee, The amazing Eee Keyboard (yes, my C64 is back...), the very cool Eee Skype Video Phone, and last but not least, the Wireless (!) and USB (!) monitors from Asus...
