 #83 MacBook Air 11″ (Part 1) | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 0:09:11

Part 1 because I screwed up at the end and the SD card was full :) So you'll have to wait a bit for me to upload part 2 which compares this baby to my 12" powerbook. In this Part 1 we go with the typical unpacking and we compare the MBA with my beloved 17" MacBook Pro. BTW this is my first post using the amazing HTML5 tag! w00t! C'est quoi votre browser ? Il sait même pas lire l'HTML5 ! :-) Enjoy!

 #81 Jeff LaMarche (@NSConf) | File Type: video/quicktime | Duration: 0:11:43

Anybody who has started with iPhone Development should have heard this name at least once. If they don't, sorry, but I don't know where they live (probably either in the Jungle or totally in the Microsoft community and just boot a Mac mini now and then *only for Xcode*). I had the pleasure to chat (twice, as you'll hear at the beginning) with Jeff while I was at NSConference. It was a very fun chat where I learned, among other things, that I was chatting with a Lawyer - hmm, I've heard this combination already in the past - who became a professional programmer (and what a great one!) later in his career path. Your browser does not support the video tag.

 #80 Aaron Hillegass @ NSConf | File Type: video/quicktime | Duration: 0:09:27

Needless to say Aaron is some kind of "Steve" for us Developers. For most of us (especially the "younger" ones), he was one of the first introduction to Cocoa & Objective C. Furthermore, I was amazed how nice & gentle he is. Somehow I range this interview with the one I did with Woz.

 #78 Ffwd.com | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:08:22

Gleb from Backblaze (see last video) told me to go see Patrick because he had a very relevant (at least to me) Company. I met with Patrick in San Francisco and we spoke about the "30 second YouTube" generation we're all in ;) Click here to view the embedded video.

 #77 Backblaze.com | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:10:00

A few weeks before I made this Interview I took a trial at Backblaze.com - then didn't upgrade to their paid account. Believe it or not, a few days later, my hard drive had a hardware Failure :( Big times... So the interview with Gleb was even more interesting. From that point of view, I wish it hadn't been that interesting ;) Anyways since that day I took their paid account and aside from my internet connection being sadly not has fast (for upload) as I wish, all is fine, I'm being backed up...  #76 Cappuccino.org / 280 North | File Type: video/quicktime | Duration: 0:09:56

The first time I heard about Cappuccino (the framework, not the beverrage) it was at the Cocoa Heads at the Apple Store San Francisco during the WWDC '08 week. At least that's what I recall. I saw a very relax Francisco Tolmasky saying that he left Apple because there was nothing better he could have done there then working on the iPhone ;) He was, at that time, mainly speaking about 280 Slides but spoke a bit about the technology they created. I got interested in Cappuccino and Objective J and one year later I organized this Interview because I had been playing with Cappuccino myself. It could have been cool to have only one guy from 280North, but I insisted on having them all 3 on camera, and kept on switching who answers... Oh, and yes, BTW, we *do* speak about Atlas.  #75 HaveASec.com | File Type: video/quicktime | Duration: 0:06:06

My good friend Romain recommended me to have a chat with Paul & Nafis, co-founders of HaveASec.com to let them explain me what they are all about. Turns out they have a very innovative way of grabing the feedback of your clients or user. Wether you have an iPhone/Android App or just have a Shop (or a Café, in this case), HaveASec is most probably something for you! Click here to view the embedded video.

 #74 Tapulous | File Type: video/quicktime | Duration: 0:07:42

Who has'nt heard about "Tap Tap Revenge"? It's pretty much installed on every single iPhone out there and so when I planned my trip to San Francisco one of the first Interview I thought was Tapulous. Click here to view the embedded video. Check our tour of their offices (starting in the streets of Palo Alto, one of the nicest city I've ever been) and then the Interview with Jessica Kahn, director of Engineering at Tapulous.

 #73 NSConference Day 2 | File Type: video/quicktime | Duration: 0:09:56

Here's the second day summarized in one video. Among others, Graham Lee gave an interesting talk about Security and Bill Dudney about Core Animations. At the end we had a very nice way of ending a Conference (Apple should learn from that, the last day/hours of the WWDC are amazingly "boring") with a "Cocoa Faceoff" between Americans and Europeans ;-) Thanks for this amazing Conference again, see you all in 2010! Actually see *some* of you already in 2 weeks, in San Francisco! Don't forget to proudly wear your NSConference T-Shirt on the first Day (Keynote Day). Cheers!

 #72 Hacking FScript & Pick&Play… | File Type: video/quicktime | Duration: 0:09:01

For some (most?) of you this video might be boring as hell, but for a programmer, it's very much like remembering it's first girlfriend ;-) Watch closely, as my buddy Jason Harris tries to hack F Script Anywhere to get into Pick&Play. Note that Philippe Mougin & @0xced were busy trying the same kind of thing... This was probably one of the coolest moment of the Conference.

 #71 Don McAllister from ScreenCastsOnline | File Type: video/quicktime | Duration: 0:04:00

We met with Don back in Jan. '07 at Macworld San Francisco. Don is one of the few (very few...) Podcasters who can make a living out of it. Obviously, not using the (non existing) Adverstising Model, but the (for some people working) subscriber model. It was a pleasure to have a chat with a "non developer" feeling on "its own" ;-) See you soon, Don!

 #70 Mike Lee | File Type: video/quicktime | Duration: 0:05:18

I guess pretty much everybody at the NSConference was blown away by Mike's Talk. He's very entertaining and it was also a lot of fun to discuss about th @_ or @ twitter accounts ;-) The other very interesting thing is that he was probably one of the most "iPhone" oriented of the speakers, and for me, iPhone Dev, this is quite important! ;)
