The investors self directed retirement account acts as the debt to purchase the property, so the lender (the SDRA) acts as the bank and is in first position. Geremy offers very attractive interest on these short term loans. It is a very creative way for investors to receive a good yield into their SDRA and have all the benefits of owning US real estate.
