But my experiences with coffee and endometriosis are not great - in fact, caffeine has always worsened my endometriosis symptoms and when I eliminated caffeine, my symptoms improved dramatically. So what’s the deal? Today I’m talking about endometriosis and caffeine, from it’s affects on inflammation to how it may be increasing our oestrogen levels, and how I manage my love for coffee whilst still reducing my symptoms.
