Peggy and Patty McDaniel were 17 year old sisters from New Jersey staying with their father in Live Oak, FL. Unbeknownst to their parents, in mid-August of 1979 they took a trip to the Ft. Lauderdale area. And a month later, on September 15, the sisters were supposed to go to a club in Pompano Beach with a man they met. A few days later this man was found shot dead. The girls were never seen again. On the morning of November 4, 1994, they set out from Marco Island into the Gulf of Mexico in Jeff's boat, the Sea Esta, for a day of fishing and scuba diving. 48 hours later, Wandich was found stranded on a military light tower, the boat had sunk, and the other three men were never seen again.
