Paulie Nugent aka P. Nu, one of the emcees for legendary Brooklyn Hip Hop group, The Lordz of Brooklyn and I sat down in "Wood Park", a little secluded area in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn to talk about... well, the whole point was to talk about the new Lordz Of Brooklyn single, "Motherless Sons" and the new record that's coming out, but we discuss a lot of other shit. 2 Brooklyn Originals shootin' the shit about everything from music, podcasts, to the new LOB music to the new "Gotti" film. Jimmy was invited into Dean Miller's home in Flushing, Queens to chop it up for Episode 53 of The Brooklyn Blast Furnace Podcast. Being the frontman of New York Hardcore band, No Redeeming Social Value, who has been around for about 30 years! They talk about the new album, tentatively titled "Wasted For Life" which should be out by the end of the year or early 2019. They also discuss how fortunate it is to be involved within the hardcore scene and just how unique this culture truly is, whether it's just as a loyal fan or being in a band. Jimmy caught up with Blake Farber. He was the guitarist for the NYHC band "Olde York" (RIP) but then got into making music videos and directing commercials.
