Mut & Callahan

Hour 2: Sports media from all over the country keep talking about how racist Boston is, but if you're in San Deigo doing a weekend show what do you know? Mut argues that they're just buying into the national media storylines. Mut also pays tribute to Kirk's mother who passed away last week.

Mut gives today's headlines: Mut gleefully reports that Trump gets his travel ban approved, Tomase thinks it's ridiculous. A nuclear power planet hosted a bikini contest to decide who would be their interns.  An 8-year-old is charged after peeing on his neighbor's steaks from a rooftop.

Lenny Clark talks about the David Ortiz Roast. Clarke said that he came out tame but then it escalated from there and although he believes some of Gronk's jokes crossed lines that comedians should have a safe space and people shouldn't be coming after them.

Hour 4: Breaking news Mut will be maxing-out in his bench press and he talks about what got him there. Gronk may not have written his own jokes, but they were damn funny and Callahan argues that none of them were as offensive as everyone is making them out to be.

Hour 3: Where does Ortiz stack up against some of Boston's other greats. There are rumblings about how John Farrell is using/misusing Craig Kimbrel.

Gerry gives Alex Reimer permission to make his return to Kirk and Callahan to give today's headlines: Jewish gay pride supporters have pissed of gay pride supporters. Need a new job? You can have people eat off of you. A Democratic offical is fired after saying he was happy Steve Scalise got shot. 

Homeless Kevin calls in from Gloucester to share some exciting news, he has a job watching a house. 

Hour 2: Our Commander and Cheif spent the weekend golfing. David Ortiz got roasted as part of his number retirement ceremony, however, several people including Chris Gasper think it went a little too far, Gerry feels that that's what a roast is supposed to be. 

Hour 1: Kirk and Callahan is Mut and Callahan today as Mike Mutnansky fills in for Kirk and both believe that the worship of David Ortiz is a little much. Gerry sends out a poll for both the phone lines and twitter to decide the fate of Alex Reimer and see if he should come back today. 

Tiger woods updates keep rolling through as the morning goes on and Ken talks hot dogs during the Red Sox game.

Kirk and Callahan discuss a tweet by a Denver writer saying he was uncomfortable with a Japanese driver winning the Indy 500 and announce that Gary Tanguay will be making his return to the show this Thursday.
