Episode 160: Connecting with Other Moms with Jenny Hopf of Momidarity | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: Unknown

Today, I'm chatting with Jenny Hopf, who founded the website Momidarity, which connects mothers through an online platform. As a working mom herself, she found it difficult and disheartening to meet other moms, do playdates, etc... because of her work schedule. But that didn't mean she didn't want or need those things. So she created Momidarity, which allows moms of all types to meet up online and connect and support one another. I love that idea and her proactivity in solving a problem she had in her own life. She's an extraordinary mom and I definitely encourage you to check out her site.  Episode 157: Re-visit with Savanna Tate | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: Unknown

It is my honor to have Savanna Tate back on the show (she was episode 74). Back in the Fall, she was on the show to talk about her son Hayes overcoming cancer. But sadly, a few months later he passed away. Since then, she's been extremely open about her road of grief and learning to live on in his memory. It's been heart-wrenching, inspiring, faith-building, all the things... She's really an extraordinary mom and it was so good catching up with her on the show today. Also, listen in for the custom song Songfinch wrote for her family and if you want a song for someone special, check out songfinch.com. You can also hear the song they wrote for my kids.
