Re-Launch- The Habit the Changed everything for Merrick White | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: Unknown

I didn't want my episode with Merrick White, of Merrick's Art to fall through the cracks of the archives. She is so amazing and we talk about how she drastically changed a few critical habits that resulted in major positive life changes. So good, especially as we approach the new year!

 Re-Launch- Why I Don’t Chase My Child | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: Unknown

If you're like me... you've chased your child. If you're like me, you've yelled, "Stop yelling!" If you're like me, you don't always act like an adult when trying to parent your toddlers! Ralphie Jacobs reminded me of how important it is to set expectations and teach kids proper behavior, and not just expect that they'll know how to behave. This example of chasing my 3 year old is perfect example of how setting expectations, teaching appropriate behavior, and following through in an adult-way is the secret to parenting. haha. Let's all agree to stop chasing our children in libraries, grocery stores... really anywhere with aisles! I'm right here with you!

Re-Launch- Kayla Collins talks about Overcoming Trauma and Self-Worth | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: Unknown

She was attacked by her step-dad, and went on to courageously confront that trauma in order to live a full and happy life. So proud of amazing women like Kayla who believe in themselves enough to know that circumstances don't define us. Such an amazing conversation!

Re-Launch- Michelle Kaley (this was recorded before her passing in September) | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: Unknown

Knowing she only had weeks/months to live after her cancer returned, Michelle took some of her precious time to record with me. We talked about her life, what she wants her kids to know, and what matters most to her. Bless her beautiful family who are surely grieving this first holiday season without their extraordinary mom.

Re-launch- Natalie Norton on Owning your Extraordinary | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: Unknown

Natalie Norton was the only guest to accept the compliment when I told her she was extraordinary. Because she believes we are ALL extraordinary! If you're feeling like you need a pep talk and need to believe in yourself a bit more, this is the episode for you!!
