Ben and Addy reflect on the journey Darth Maul has taken as a character in the Star Wars universe. A character like Boba Fett who looks incredibly cool, but ultimately was used very briefly before being killed off in the Phantom Menace. Maul has found new life in the expanded universe where he was retconned back to life in The Clone Wars animated series. His journey continues in Star Wars Rebels (animated series and two comics miniseries; Darth Maul and Darth Maul Son of Dathomir.
