Endless Boundaries

Welcome to a special EB podcast in celebration of my 600th broadcast. This week is a three parter to give you a true understanding of the live EB experience on a Saturday night. Part 1 opens with a live cover from Moonshine Still, reflects on my discovery of The Disco Biscuits, features a new track from Lotus, a personal favorite album from Strangefolk, and new acoustic music from Martin Sexton and Stephen Stills

EB 600 part 2 is a hybrid of the 7pm and 9pm hours of the EB 600 so there is no continuity between the elements. Part starts off with an acoustic track from Umphreys McGee, steps into the reggae sounds of Marley and Tosh, then rips into a live Hullaween String Cheese, Rockamovya, H-Beam set, and finally closes with The Grateful Dead from their 1977 Spring Tour

EB 600 Phish set gets into my personal favorite Phish set which was recorded on 12.11.99 at the First Union Spectrum in Philadelphia. I also throw in the greatest radio moment of my career, a new Phish track, and a sweet little surprise filler to close out this portion of the podcast

EB 599 goes a little deeper into the EB vault with selections from Nero and Ten Ton Chicken. Plus, new Lotus, a track from the STS 9 debut CD, new Jeff Bujak, and a personal favorite from Percy Hill

EB 598 is more lengthy then normal podcasts which I like to do from time to time. this episode opens with Umphreys in Winter 09, new 10 Foot Ganja Plant, Moses Guest, live Phil and Friends from the 2001 tour, new music by H-Beam, Gomez, and Yonder Mountain. Plus an acoustic set from Reid Genauer, new Emmit Nershi Band, live Bisco debut, and a live Phish selection from their 2009 Summer Tour

EB 597 returns after a Labor Dub getaway and opens with The String Cheese Incident's first show in 2009 since Red Rocks 08. Also, new music by Assemly of Dust and Passafire, live archives from Steve Kimock, a request of New Monsoon, a debut from Steez, and another Smoker's Lounge featuring live Railroad Earth and new music by Hot Buttered Rum.

EB 595 opens with live Cousin Fungus taking on The Who. Plus new music by The Disco Biscuits, Bitty McLean, John Browns Body remixed, and Groundation. Also live tracks from Umphreys McGee 2008 Summer Tour and STS9 back in 2001

EB 594 gets back in the live radio format once again and opens with Perptual Groove from a classic 2004 show. Plus new music by Jim Weiders Project Percolator, Groundation, 10 Ft Ganja Plant, and Whiskey Train. Plus, a studio staple cut by U-Melt and The Smokers Lounge Layne Staley birthday tribute.

EB 590 part two offers up another Soundcheck segment featuing Phish from The Oswego Music Festival in 1999, new music by Assembly of Dust featuring Bela Fleck, and The Keller Williams Incident at the 2009 Rothbury Music Festival.
