I've known Pepper since before her name was Pepper, it was Julio. It wasn't Julio. We've worked together in radio in more than one city, and twice together at The End! Pepper's got a fair bit of sass, is a great laugher, and she's pretty damn crafty!

He's a dude that I've interviewed the most during my time at 1077 The End. That's pretty strange considering how long I've worked here. Kevin's a former punk rocker turned teacher. He's always got a cause and he's excellent at promotion. He helped start one of the biggest Sounders supporter groups, Gorilla FC, gained national attention as a beer vendor at Safeco for letting fans tweet at him to order beers, and recently made national headlines for raising funds to buy all the kids at his school Seahawks jersey before the championship. It was cool to hear about punk rock scene in Seattle that revolved around just a few cool clubs.

It's been a crazy cool 2014 for the Votolatos on western Washington. First the huge announcement that Cody Votolato's band the blood brothers have reunited and have at least one show booked! And now his older brother Rocky is hitting the road to play songs for a new album he's set to release. Rocky's got a couple cool Seattle dates coming up including one with a full band at the Tractor later this month. I wish i could talk to someone as kind and interesting as Rocky everyday, but alas, this conversation is probably as lucky as i'll get!

Bryce "Bruce" The Intern Segall is best known as being The Worst. I had a freakin' segment on my show for years based on Bryce. I watched Bryce get almost fired three times while he worked here. I've never butt heads more with a human than with Bryce, but i've also never met someone who could let a resolved issue go as easily. He's a weird dude with cool stories, like being buds with Daft Punk 10 years ago.

Phil Peterson plays music in Seattle and has done as much his whole life. From just a wee lad at the age of 3 he began playing cello and classical music. The dude spends his rock 'n roll energy in a Indie Surf band, Tennis Pro, but makes his day job monies by writing, arranging and session cello-ing. I love when a soft spoken person can blow my mind with passion for a skill, art, or love, and Phil did just that.
