Dr. Spar, President of Barnard College, is the author of the new book, "Wonder Women: Sex, Power and the Quest for Perfection." In the book, she says women can't have it all, and they need to redefine modern feminism. Tavis Smiley and Dr. Spar have an engaging conversation about women in the 21st century.
