The questions for this episode include: I've had a website for a few years and it has the keyword in it. I use an SEO plugin, but my website isn't even near the front page. What can I do? How should I use sites like Twitter and YouTube to promote my site? How can I get my small business website to rank higher in Google?  Episode 021 – Updating Multiple Websites, Ways to Back up Your Site, Doing Keyword Research Outside the US, What to do if You’re Running Out of MOZbar quota?, What are Rich Snippets? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 36:19

In this episode of the podcast, we talk about:  Updating Multiple Websites, Ways to Back up Your Site (preferably cheap), Checking the amount of advertisers when you're not in the USA, What to do if You're Running Out of MOZbar quota?, What are Rich Snippets, and how to easily implement them for your website? Remember, when you are listening, it always helps us out if you visit:  http://listeningtochrisandcurtis.com and share that you are listening on twitter (or if you just want to say hello!). The questions for this episode include: If I have more than one website, is there a simple easy, and of course cheap way to keep all the sites up to date (with plugins and all)? I am about to update to the new wordpress and its telling me to backup my site. Is there a free backup for the site or an easy way? So I'm researching keywords for USA but I'm not in the US... so when I go to GGL to see if there are more than 5 advertisers for a keyword, naturally I don't see any (because they are targeting their local market which is not where I am). Is there a work around this? MOZbar is showing only PA and DA but no number of links. Instead it has an icon and says Link Analysis. When I clicked on the icon it loaded a page with some analysis. The 3rd time its said something like "You ran out of your daily quota"... any insight will be greatly appreciated. Is anyone using Rich Snippets to help with their SERP/SEO? I have begun adding these to my sites as everything I read recommends we do this. The Curtishanger for the episode: A way to prep your articles with the markdown language, so you won't need to format them later in WordPress. Markdown is a very easy syntax that allows you to add things like # signs or * to preformat text, such as headers, bold, italics, etc.  If you use a markdown editor, you can output your text in html, which can then be placed directly into WordPress, saving you a lot of formatting time later. The questions for this episode include: I already have a website for my land based business.  The domain name is based on the name of that business.  SHould I create a new one based on a keyword people would search for or just keep working with what I have? I have a niche site that has worked its way to the top 10 in google for its primary keyword.  I'm a little concerned about adding or changing content, as I don't want to mess it up.  Should I add more content, start another niche site with the same keyword, or do nothing? I'm working to add images to my site.  I don't understand what all the different formats mean (JPEG, PNG, GIF) and I don't really have a good grasp on pixel size and file size.  Can you explain some of this? When I check the rank of one of my sites with various rank checkers, it usually says it is near the top of page two (11-15).  When I look myself, it is on the first page, usually somewhere in the middle.  Why is this different and which one is right? Is there a WordPress plugin that I can use to control the layout of Adsense?
