Don Basham teaches on receiving or assisting others in receiving the Baptism of the Holy Spirit for power, witness, and victorious living!  One of the questions a lot of people ask is, I thought I received the Holy Spirit when I received salvation. Conversion is an experience for a non-Christian and the baptism in the Holy Spirit is an experience for the Christian. God never intended us to minister without the baptism in the Holy Spirit. Now when He gets in there things will change. The baptism of the Holy Spirit and fire will cleanse you.
