Being a doer of the Word includes serving others, despite their "spiritual cleanliness"! We're ALL dirty until we're washed by Jesus' atoning blood. So let's serve others the same way that Jesus served us when He went to the cross on our behalf.
If we're seeking God's will for our life, then where we are, doing what we're doing, and being with who we're with, is all part of His plan. There are no "accidental steps" in God's strategy in how He uses those who seek after Him!

A believer - because of Christ's suffering on the cross - should always be ready to "give a reason for the hope that is within us". Even in our suffering, we have ETERNAL LIFE to look forward to! So rather than shying away from situations that might cause us suffering for our faith, we should embrace it, because of what Jesus did for us.

God doesn't want His children to go through life alone and isolated. He wants us to connect into a Bible-believing church body for growth, support, community, and accountability. Of course, no church is perfect, so just be sure that God's involved in your decisions to find a church and to stay in a church!

What?!? Getting excited about being persecuted for the sake of the Gospel? Yep. Because that means that what we're doing is effective for the Kingdom! Let's remember that God's perfect love for us - especially when we're reflecting His messaged of hope - casts out all fear!

"One day" could very well be the most dangerous phrase known to mankind! One day I'll get my life in order. One day I'll get right with God. One day I'll accept His invitation. One day I'll take my faith seriously. Well, our "one day" is today.
The abundant life that Jesus promises believers doesn't mean "gimme gimme gimme"! It means He can use us in ways that we've never even dreamed of, if we live in obedience with the precious time that He's given us here on earth.
When Jesus walked the earth, He healed many people and taught His disciples to do the same. God wants to use believers to do His work without fear. So when we respond to Him with trust and obedience in small stuff, He'll use us for bigger things!
What could God do in the life of a believer, if we just let Him? Well, because God can do the impossible, unbelievable, and miraculous, then He can do those things in and through the believer who's obedient to His call and purpose!
The Bible says that God's the Potter and we're the clay. So when we're open to His molding, we're then open to His plan and purpose for our lives. By the way, His molding is a physical appearance thing, it's a willing heart thing!
Is there evidence in our lives that Jesus lives in us and through us? He's promised to return for His Family! So let's be sure that we share the Good News with others, so that Family can grow and grow until His return.
