This week, Brian again talks about the GCEI Funding in the Baltimore City Public Schools. Why is the American Civil Liberties Union and the Maryland State Education Association lying about Governor Hogan "fully funding" education? Why are they lying about "cuts" in public school funding that just don't exist? And why are they subscribing to the already debunked notion that the more you spend on schools the better kids learn?
