SPECIAL MINI-EPISODE #1: THE RE-BOOT OF MARTY BROWN!!! | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

Hey CSSP fans, we're super-excited to bring you this SPECIAL SURPRISE EXCLUSIVE MINI-EPISODE, featuring an interview with AMERICA'S GOT TALENT favorite and HIT SONGWRITER MARTY BROWN! Born in Maceo, Kentucky, Marty Brown started playing guitar and writing songs at the age of twelve. Throughout his teens he worked in the tobacco fields; often playing his guitar during lunch hours under the shade of a nearby tree. He started entering local talent shows at sixteen, and it soon became evident that he had a special "something" that endeared him to audiences. Marty eventually made his way to Nashville, Tennessee and met with legendary record producer Tony Brown who signed him to a record deal at MCA Records. Marty, together, with Tony, made four albums for MCA and eight videos for CMT television AND APPEARED ON “THE GRAND OL OPRY STAGE” over the next ten years performing… Wild Kentucky Skies, In My Wildest Dreams, High and Dry, and Every Now and Then. In the early '90s, Marty toured with acts such as Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson and Hank Williams Jr. After his recording years, he started writing hit songs for artists like the heart-felt and groovy, “I’m From the Country and I Like It That Way” for Tracy Byrd and the classic country tune, “When I Stop Loving You” for Trace Adkins. Marty still lives in Kentucky with his wife and kids, and is still cranking out his classic country sound. He's just coming off a successful run to the New York City semi finals of NBC’s hit reality show, “America’s Got Talent (Season 8)” where he wowed television audiences of 11 million people worldwide with his cover of the Bob Dylan classic, “Make You Feel My Love!" Marty reached out to the CSSP to help him launch the "Rocky Balboa-like" re-boot of his performing career, and we couldn't be happier to help! So give this mini-episode a listen and stay through to the end for the BROADCAST PREMIERE of Marty's new single, "Whatever Makes You Smile"... {saudioplayer}CSSPSPECIALEPISODE01.mp3{/saudioplayer} download MARTY IS ON TOUR NOW!  EP. 30 - BERNIE FAULKNER! | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

He was a founding member of the band EXILE. He "discovered" Billy Ray Cyrus and Montgomery Gentry... only to have them both leave him behind when fame and money came along. He wrote the song "April's Fool" which was on Tracy Lawrence's million-selling album, "Sticks and Stones" and he's more active today than ever! He's BERNIE FAULKNER, a Nashville songwriter favorite and a true character. Bernie was gracious enough to host Randy and Steve in his Music Circle demo studio/publishing office for an EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW and even passed along a demo of his as-of-yet unreleased song "Fortune (That You Can Never Spend)" for inclusion in this episode. {saudioplayer}CSSPEPISODE30.mp3{/saudioplayer} download Bernie Faulkner Music Website Bernie Faulkner Music Facebook Jimmy Anderson's "Grandpa Said" Video Steve Rempis/CSSP Facebook @CSSPod on Twitter (Follow Us!)
