How to develop a healthy masculine energy? If the masculine energy matures it needs to challenge the father. A strong father needs to create a relation to his son and invite the son into this challenge. If the father is not really available it will cause a constant self doubt. If you have an awareness to this you will find relationships that will see and help you.

We need to be aware of the content of our withdrawal. We are not withdrawal from the world, we are taking the experience out of ourselves. Feeling distance means I can not fullfil my potential in this given situation.

Dealing with the difficulties of your life is part of your path. The blockages and the stuckness is not against you. This is exactly how it needs to be. You have the responsibility to unravel consciousness for the next generation.

We can use it to do shadow integration, but we can also use it to have constant practice in staying present. There is space or emptiness and information. A high level of presence means you are not fully collapsed into a personality.

What does it mean to practice in the world? Infuse your life with clarity. The more fluidity of inner experience of the structure the more freedom you will find. You are able to see without the story. Clear your inner screen from the past because the non-awake mind will always be overshadowed by the past.

Like the great saints and mystics we can look behind the story of our life. It is more than just a search for a better life; it needs us totally. People who are really interested in awakening look how life is composed. The priority is to awake within the story.

Thomas guides your awareness to all the inner sensations, the body awareness, emotions and thoughts. Everything that builds up our sense of self is constantly moving. And within this constant movement there is a timeless awareness of self. A silent presence of space in between all movements.

Learning how to become a fluid relational openness to the world is an art. We easily resonate with similar people and vibrations, but this doesn't make things more true. When you become more fluid you contain many more levels -  and every moment you meet life you meet it with all its value systems. In this way I can speak from you and not about you.

To embrace a much wider context we need to face how life really feels. This is spiritual competency in action.

We need to honestly question ourselves so that we touch the place within that actually knows. Some people are totally hypnotized by their own process. They need to get out of this circle. A mature human being will have an authentic impulse to contribute to its surrounding. And more and more trust in this fine tuning to the source within us. Most people need a clear person to get a reflection.

There are meditation, transparent communication and many other tools we practice in our groups. That helps us to clarify, deepen, inspire and be more creative in our daily life. Each group connects to the energy of the main field. This spirit supports people in a synchronized net.

Thomas gives a short introduction in his work. We are living spirituality in our lives. There are 2 competencies to develop: The competency of silence and the competency of movement. Our mind always creates a meaning to all experience. There is a space in between. It is an underlying unformed consciousness that contains all the information and movements.

People try to stay safe in what they know as long as it´s not too uncomfortable. If we experience some kind of friction in life we often create "round corners". If fear appears it´s an invitation to expand your level of reality. In these situations it needs you to be present and come out with your truth. Even if it disturbs the context.
