Clone Saga Chronicles

A dear friend of the website and its founder, Kevin Cushing ambitiously wrote a webcomic whose title was based off the website that hosted it, Spider-Man: Crawl Space. In the 12th issue of the title, Cushing re-introduced Ben Reilly as the Scarlet Spider.   After the panel was nearly broken due to the massive amount of Fail that was this storyline, the trio of Bertone, Jason, and Brandon DP come in and try to save the day and restore order.   Back in the Clone Saga, Peter Parker was incarcerated for Murder in Salt Lake City. (The details of this would come to light in “Spider-Man: The Lost Years” Mini Series) Ben Reilly took his place. We cover the first three chapters of the Beginning of the End of The Saga’s First Half. Zach, Gerard, Bertone Jason and Don cover this courtroom drama. Zach, Don, Bertone, Gerard and (for the second half) Brad Douglas tackle the 5-Part Mark of Kaine story, which ran through Web 124, ASM 401, SSM 224, Spider-Man #58, and Spider-Man Unlimited #9.  They also cover the finale to the Clone Saga miniseries.   The Panel of Bertone and Zach are joined by the new parts of the panel: Donovan and Jason and review Web 123, ASM 400, Spectacular 223 and Spider-Man 57. The Clone Heads of Bertone, Zach, and Gerard are joined by Donovan Grant and Jason (of Mayday Monday’s Fame). Zach, Gerard and Bertone tackle the 5th month of the saga. The latter half of Web of Life and Web of Death plus one of the greatest issues ever of Unlimited (Not Really). Re-Release Date: 12-25-2011. Episode VI: Web Of Death/Life. Once again, the gang tackles  the 4th month of the saga. The first two issues of the two Web of Death and Web of Life. Another day, another classic episode. This episode is the second half of the Back From the Edge and Exile Returns.   Back in 2009, Marvel released their Amazing Spider-Man Annual #36. This issue deals with the prelude for the three issue arc called “Who Was Ben Reilly?” This episode, the gang of Zach, Bertone, and Gerard is back and talks the Annual and the three issue arc, as well as the short story featuring Kaine in Web of Spider-Man (Vol II) #1.
