With Shira undergoing training all week for her new job, it’s up to Russell and Leighton to try and make up her missing third while we discuss the fantastic film Middle of Nowhere. This film, written and directed by Ava DuVernay and starring an all black cast is really good indication for the prospects for black filmmaking.
