The Sabres had kind of a crappy week(ish), losing to the Ottawa Senators, Toronto Maple Leafs, and New Jersey Devils on the road and getting their only win against the Washington Capitals at home. The Sabres are finally starting to get a little healthier with Kaleta, Boyes, and Hecht all returning to the lineup during that span of games.
The Sabres had ANOTHER mediocre week, losing to the Ottawa Senators in OT, beating the Toronto Maple Leafs in the final game of the home stand, and then suffering an embarrassing loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins on the road. And yes, the injury bug continues...
The Sabres had a mediocre week, losing to the Philadephia Flyers (in OT) and New York Rangers at home, but beating the Florida Panthers (in OT). Unfortunately, the team was still pretty banged up, ending the week with 7 players scratched due to injury.
In this episode, we analyze the Sabres’ recent lackluster performances and their overall middle-of-the-road status in the standings.
The Sabres had a very interesting week, playing a tough, physical game against Boston and losing in the shootout, then getting blown out by Columbus, and finally crushing Washington the following night. On top of all that, the Sabres also suffered a number of injuries leading to several call-ups.
