Blendover show

Blendover

Summary: BlendoveR is a fun, hard-hitting pod-cast where rules are regularly thrown out the window in favor of honest, open commentating with frank, and brutal, opinions. Presented by Greg Davies (cGt2099 from The-TrukstoP.com), Jay Fowler (SilentJay74 from JuicySnake.com), Lee Garnett (ncomment from ncomment.com), and Terr Ciavarra (Media Nox from medianox.bandcamp.com), we try to make the focus of the show touch on world news, music, social events, movies, politics, books, and technology innovations, but, more often than not, we stray on to any topic that presents itself or wanders off onto its own tangent.

The Best of Social Blend 2012 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:41:03

As we transition from Social Blend and Disquisition into our new BlendoveR podcast, I decided to post a couple episodes here for new visitors to see where we came from... So, here we are for the final Best Of Social Blend installment and I find myself writing this with mixed feelings. Next year, we move on to a new podcast, called BlendoveR, and I couldn't be more happier with the prospects. On the other hand, Social Blend was a significant part of my life for the last 5 years. It is bittersweet closing this chapter, but it must be done, and we must move forward. This episode contains most of the best moments - hilarious and serious - from Social Blend in 2012. I say "most of" because the initial cut ran beyond 3 hours, and some really good stuff needed to be trimmed for this final release. That being said, there are a few guests we had this year that don't make an appearance on this episode. I apologize to those of you, as your contributions were significant and memorable, but when you have to squeeze it all into a time limit, things regrettably get removed. Despite this, I thank all of our guests for their time and support this year. But more importantly, on behalf of Terr, Jay, and myself, I thank YOU, the listeners, for the time you've taken to listen to our shows and for the support you've provided Social Blend for the last five years.
