More and more people are choosing to stay with strangers when they travel, but hotels are upset that a startup service, AirBnB, has made this easier than ever. The courts are set to rule for or against the existence of these unregulated inns. -Should judges be allowed to moonlight as comedians? A court gave a judge who was doing just that an ultimatum: be a judge or be a comedian. He chose comedian. -Listener Patricia has used AirBnB to find places to sleep and offer a place to sleep. Mayor Mike McGinn was asked about bike lanes today at a press conference because opponents have attacked McGinn for championing a bike-friendly transportation plan while there are other problems in the city. McGinn's response was mayoral. -Rachel Belle investigated into the skyrocketing housing costs, what people are doing to get a leg up in the contested housing hunt, and what could help alleviate all those problems. -Lego (and a bunch of family advocates) is upset that a custom Lego company is making Breaking Bad-themed sets that feature murder and meth. -A couple of Ohio State students thought their duplex was haunted, but really it was a guy living in a secret bedroom in the basement. -NIGHTCAP

How did he get security clearance given his history? -Andrew relates to gun rights activists after looking into how the DC gunman got his firearms. -The "Sequined Tsunami" is set to hit communities all over the country as LGBTQ Baby Boomers age into retirement communities. They'll be the first American generation with a large number of out elderly people. Jackson Holtz helped organize an event, "Over the Rainbow", to raise awareness of how these people are treated. He joins the show live. -DAVE OF THE DAY: Dave introduces us to the most dangerous person on the internet. She is an actress.

FIRST THINGS FIRST: SPD officers will be undercover as 49ers fans at CenturyLink Field this weekend. It seemed okay before, but this is a heated rivalry. Andrew thinks this makes it an even better idea. -Josh Kerns reports on some Seahawks fans who got sold well made, fake tickets to the 49ers game. No one knew they were duped until one woman tried to resell the fake ones and encountered someone who had the same ones. -Millennials are bringing their parents to work more than ever and some employers are responding by even inviting parents to the interviews. Andrew and Nick discuss how recent college grads are treated. -Do people actually care about Syria?
