Episode 9: Hockey is Back! | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

Hi everyone! It's been a little longer than I anticipated in recording, but I was under the weather earlier this week - I'm still not at 100%, but I missed you all! We are up to 83 people in the Ravelry group - awesome! We're getting close to that first milestone... and a drawing for a skein of yarn! This episode's a short one (for me) this week - recording before I go to work tends to do that to me. I'm sorry if I'm talking too fast...

Episode 8: … And a Happy New Year! | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

Happy New Year, everyone! We are up to 69 members in the Ravelry group - who knew? Thank you for all the support these past few episodes... I'd love to know how you found out about the podcast. Let me know in the show thread on Rav or here in the comments. When I started this, I never thought I'd have 10 viewers, much less 69 (and viewers all over the globe)! If/When we get to 100 members, I think we will have a prize drawing. I'll dig into my stash and find something fabulous for the winner! Hopefully, we'll get there sooner rather than later. :)

Episode 7: It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

Hello, everyone! Wow, it's been 2.5 weeks since I last recorded - bad podcaster, no cookie! It's been a busy couple of weeks since my mini-vacation, almost no knitting was done, but lots of fun was had - even if re-entry into Real Life was hard. Now that I've had a chance to knit, I want to knit ALL THE THINGS, heh. I've noticed that the high pitched sound is back in this episode, I'm not quite sure why. Also, you may hear the heating kick on - I didn't realize just how loud that is back there. We're up to 61 members in the Ravelry group! I am astonished. :) Thanks for all the support!

Episode 6: A Darn Good Mail Week | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

Hello, all! It's been a week (well, it was when I recorded, haha) and while not all of it has been good, I had an AWESOME mail week. I wax poetic about Highland Handmades and Fibernymph Dye Works, show off the MadTosh, and show the adventures in spinning (which haven't all been bad). There hasn't been a whole lot of production this week, due to work and migraines sidelining me, but what has been worked on has gotten a lot of love! There are a couple of jumps in the recording - the first one was because I went off on some tangent that made no sense whatsoever and the second was due to George deciding that he needed to love on the laptop/tell me to get my butt to bed.

Episode 5: The Doctor Helps Me Knit | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

Hi everyone! So, this week’s episode is up a little late due to a scheduled day off (I recorded much earlier) and technical issues. Sorry for the delay! I got a few messages last week about the high-pitched buzzing and as I listened to this week’s episode, there’s some in there as well, though not as much (I don’t think, at least). I tried to lessen the buzzing as much as I could, even going to cutting some of the long pauses out when it was at its worst, so there are some jumpy cuts in there – all I cut out was pausing and a couple of “um”s. Lots of knitting was accomplished this week – hooray! – and, as you can tell by the title, a lot of it was done with help from the Doctor.

Episode 4: Chatty, Chatty, Chatty | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

This week wasn't a great week for me in general, but I did get some knitting done! It's amazing what just letting yourself zone out through Doctor Who will do...

Episode 3: Technology Hates Me | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

Hi! After the eleventy-billion tries at recording (okay, maybe just 5 or 6 times), I finally got it done. I haven't really edited the video, so there could be issues, but I'm hoping there aren't. I'm not sure I can take more technology issues. I've also tried a new lighting and seating set up, so let me know what you think. It looks like when I put my mind to it - or just don't enhance the stash all that much - I actually can record a video under 30 minutes! Yay! Show notes are sparce, but they can be found at the blog

Episode 2: Awww, Thanks! | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

Okay, so it seems that I really have no sense of time and while it seemed like it was a shorter episode, I just can't shut up! ;) (Perhaps I should be glad that I can keep it under an hour, huh?) It looks like there are some lighting issues and a sound issue where I develop a lovely tenor and the sound doesn't match up with the recording. Unfortunately, that was in the original and I don't know if I can recreate the quiet. Sorry! :(

Episode 1: Wait, How Do I Do This? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

The premiere episode of my new podcast, Sheepish: A podcast about yarn, life, and everything in between. I discuss what's on my needles, what I've finished, what may have joined my stash... and my love for hockey.
