In the 96th episode of the podcast, Matt and Adam get together to discuss many things.  95: Greg Wrubell on Anae and hoops | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:09:16

So much has happened since the last podcast that it took us 70 minutes to cover it all! First up, it's Greg Wrubell making his record-shattering 12th appearance on the podcast. Wow! He chats with us about Robert Anae's return to BYU and what that might mean for the offense. He also sings the praises of the BYU men's basketball team and their resurgence, which is timed perfectly for WCC play. Matt joins Adam after that to answer your #Tweetbag questions, ridicule SDSU, get excited about the return of Kyle Van Noy and Cody Hoffman, debate Anae's return, and to discuss the BCS championship game. And yes, they talk about the seemingly endless dynasty of Alabama, and the possible one-hit wonder season of Notre Dame

 93: Poinsettia Bowl Preview | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:13:50

In episode 93 of the podcast, the boys (aka Adam and Matt) take a crack at previewing the Poinsettia Bowl against San Diego State, speculating wildly on who the QB will be, what effect that might have on the outcome, how Jamaal Williams will do, and whether the vaunted Aztec rushing attack can do anything against Kyle Van Noy 8 Co. They also bash Utah scheduling Fresno State, and express hope that Jabari Parker will pick BYU on the same day the Cougars win a bowl.

92: Jason Franchuk on hoops and QBs | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 48:53

In episode 92, Jason Franchuk of The Daily Herald comes on the podcast for the first time to talk all things BYU sports. He hits on the identity (or lack thereof) of the BYU men's basketball team, and why he thinks both Riley Nelsonand James Lark should play in the bowl game. Matt and Adam, after losing the perfect podcast to an audio graveyard, record a not as perfect podcast. Adam is worried about Cougar hoops, but Matt is more optimistic. Matt thinks Riley starts and plays most of the game as long as he can walk, but Adam is reading between the lines of the first few days of bowl practice and seems a little Lark. And they lace in as many musical reference to 1992 as they possible can in 20 minutes

91: Brandon Gurney talks Bronco, KVN and Jabari | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:05:10

 89: A tough weekend for the Cougars | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:01:42

It was not a great weekend for BYU sports fans, but that doesn't stop Adam and Matt from turning in the grittiest, most 1989-pop-music-laden podcast in podcast history. They start out talking about how conference expansion destroyed an otherwise fascinating weekend in college football. They also pick their ideal destinations for BYU if the Cougars don't remain independent. They bemoan what went wrong with the offense against San Jose State, sing the praises of Van Noy, Ansah and Ogeltree, and wonder what James Lark ever did to make the coaching staff hate his guts. It's then on to BYU basketball and a lost weekend in NYC. They ponder maybe the most important question for Cougar hoops: what is Matt Carlino's ceiling? And if you don't know Brandon Davies by now (and his flaw of getting into foul trouble), you may never, never know him. They also give a shout out to the women's soccer team

Matt (Mangum, not Carlino) makes his weekly appearance. Topics include: the Washington Nationals making the playoffs; what BYU's offense beating up on Hawai'i means (if anything); the likelihood Riley Nelson plays on Friday; the Big East's courtship of BYU; and predictions for the Utah State game.
