We act as a medium in the defense community in order to promote and communicate their relevant topic. As a social media site we have contributors from all branches of the military and the defense community in the form of blogs, podcasts, columns and webinars. The host Sean still currently serves as a Rifle Platoon Leader with the 181 Infantry (L) in Cambridge, MA.

Sloan Gibson joins Defense IQ to talk about the wonderful organization that is the USO. Sloan oversees the 130+ centers and programs around the world that provide comfort and morale to those who serve and he is also an Army veteran.
Lieutenant Colonel Arthur J Pasagian is the Program Manager for the United States Marine Corps Infantry Combat Equipment (ICE). Aside from having the coolest acronym in the Military, Lt Col Pasagian is directly responsible for all equipment that a Marine Infantrymen wears in combat in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Lieutenant Colonel Myles is the Product Manager for Soldier Survivability Items which, is exactly that. The equipment and gear that every soldier in the Army wears in order to survive in a hostile environment. LTC Myles will be talking about the new Advanced Combat Helmet that the Army has fielded over seas in order to save lives.
Donovan Campbell joins Defense IQ and speaks about his new book Joker One. Donovan deployed a total of 3 times and served as a Rifle platoon leader in Iraq. He now works for Pepsi Co in Dallas Texas and will speak with us about his experiences in the Marines and his job in the civilian world.
Staff Sergeant Joseph Rademacher one of the stars of the movie will also be on the show talking about his experiences in the Army and in shooting the film with his brothers.
Jake produced and directed Brothers at War which followed closely the operations of 4 units fighting in Iraq. Jake's unique experience in shooting the film is the fact that his two brothers were members of the units he embedded with. CSM Sasser is the Command Sergeant Major of 2nd Battalion 12th Infantry. He will speaking to us concerning his upcoming deployment with the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th ID. Joining him will be a Company Commander, Platoon Leader and Platoon Sergeant from 2nd BN.
Lieutenant Colonel Jody Nelson commands the 4th Special Troops Battalion. LTC Nelson will be speaking to us concerning her upcoming deployment with the 4th Brigade Combat team of the 4th Infantry Division. LTC Nelson will talk about the challenges she and her soldiers face and joining her will be a member of her personal security detail who will give their feelings concerning their deployment.
