Punkonomics2013-2-22 We shamelessly self promote my wife’s new radio show and podcast called: Secrets of the Fairies (https://www.facebook.com/SecretsOfTheFairies) It’s hosted by my wife Dr. Charlotte Trinquet who is a major academic specialist on fairy tales and how they reflect society and sometimes criticize it. It’s a fascinating topic with lots of anthropology, sociology, and, of course, economics.
Punkonomics2013-2-15 Chris and Corey are coming. Hope to clarify the complexities and be entertaining and informative. BTW we have an afirmative action policy for right-wingers and conservatives to come on the show. Are you one of those rare birds? Lol
Punkonomics2013-2-8 Brandon Calamaras and Corey Carroll will join us. I’ve had many discussions about this with these 2 and regularly use some video games and video-game culture elements (for grading systems) in my classes. I have a lot to say but hopefully will have the decency to shut up and let my guests speak too
With Chris Garlock talking about negative interest rates and how cutting budgets makes no sense at this time. Punkonomics2013-1-25

Punkonomics2012-12-21 Despite the end of the Mayan calendar and predictions that the world will end, Corey Carroll joined us to talk about gun controls. NOTE: a caller said that despite many disagreements with what we are saying, she likes the show because we are “sensible and rational” THANK YOU MAM!
Punkonomics2012-12-14 Sorry for this being a week late We discussed the sham also known as “The Fiscal Cliff” (again) and the variety of FED conspiracy theories (in response to David McKight’s request… though we probably need to look at this again to do justice to his FB comments) Our guest was Chris Garlock
Punkonomics2012-12-7 We went back to class-war racket/scam/swindle known as the “fiscal cliff” and talked about some of the underlying issues and especially Aggregate Demand.
