The Amazing Chris Guenzler will be hosting this week's "the Let's Talk Trains Show." Chris will talk about his mainline steam trips over the years, We will be also checking in with our Regional Roundup correspondents around the country, as well as taking your calls. ALL ABOARD!!!

This will be the first of a series of shows which we will discuss the different aspects of model railroading, from figuring out what scale is best for you, to deciding if you will have a prototypical operation or a freelanced layout. We will be opening the lines to you, the listener, to give your opinion and pose questions for our Special Guests. Bart Jennings called I then went into explantion of what is rare mileage. Chris tells about a trip he took on the the old Venta Spur in Orange County to the present. Amtrak rare mileage, steam trips, VIA rare mileage and then Bart Jennings trips that he has taken. You will really understand the concept of what rare mileage is all about. ALL ABOARD!!!

AC Adam mentioned his favorite railroad was the old Santa Fe as it was also mine. Ted liked the old Frisco Railroad. Chris talked about his job and tied it in with trains talking about the old Pacific Electric Bridge across the Santa Ana River.
