Over the last two years, my thinking has changed when it relates to yoga and a few weeks back I came across a yoga program. I decided to give the program a go and have been doing it once a week.  It is my Tuesday afternoon ritual.  I thought it would be a good idea to get the author of the program on the phone and do a little interview with her for you.
