In 10xTalk #49, Genius Network Member Dan Sullivan gives a presentation at a Genius Network Event about the 80 Percent Progression. Most people shoot for 100% on any project. The problem with aiming for 100% is that it inspires perfectionism and procrastination. These are the two paralyzing traps that undermine personal or organizational confidence.
