We've brought Chris Lansdell back to help us talk about the results of Pro Tour Hour of Devastation! Between the Hall of Fame, Ramunap Red, PVDDR's insane accolades, and one notable sequencing error there is plenty to talk about! After that we've got HasCon promos and a truly sick Ajani statue along with a few bits of MTGO news. Just remember - nobody's perfect. We all make mistakes all the time, but ours aren't usually in front of thousands of people with a lot of money at stake. Calm down, use your heads, and don't be a dick about that sort of thing. Make the world a better place. This week, Corey and Darrel talk about the very red-oriented results from Pro Tour HOU, news about C17 and Hascon promos, updates to MODO player rewards promos, and expectations for Magic Digital Next.
This week Doug and Sean get back to form? We talk about some decks we've been playing, and then some decks that we want to build. This is the second episode we recorded that night so we were a bit on the tipsy side, which leads to some interesting word flubs. Doug suggests adviser tribal, and invents the card Aetherworks reservoir. Sean doesn't have faith in humanity, and tries to put a retro game into magic.
