The Wampa’s Lair (A Star Wars Podcast)

In their most recent episode, Karl and Jason are joined by special guest Mike Cohen from the Clone Wars podcast, "Frontlines." Jason is finally able to broadcast to the world his deep love for the Clone Wars TV series as he, Karl, and Mike sit down to talk about their favorite episodes/story arcs from the series. From episodes like "Rookies" and "Lair Of General Grievous" to sweeping story arcs like the Mortis series and the Zygerrian slavers, Jason, Karl, and Mike give their input as to what it is about these stories they love so much.    

After a brief stint off, Karl and Jason are back at it again with a fun new episode where they discuss which Star Wars character they feel most represent themselves in life and which character they would most like to become. Join them as they delve deep into what makes them feel connected to our beloved Star Wars universe as they reveal what it is about these characters which they can identify with. Also, they talk about Joe Hogan's motion-comic, "The Siren of Dathomir" which is beyond amazing! In their latest episode, Karl and Jason sit down and divulge what it was like for them as children being Star Wars fans. They talk about how they were introduced to the films themselves as well as how their childhoods were so wrapped up in Star Wars and all it had to offer. From spending weekends running around with toy blasters and lightsabers to building fortresses for their action figures in their bedrooms, it is easy to say that they both had a fascination with this galaxy far, far away from a very early age!

In their 20th episode, Karl and Jason are joined by two first-time special guests: art master Joe Hogan and a listener, Josh Stephenson. The four of the gents sit down to talk about their favorite Star Wars video games from Rogue Squadron to the infamous Battlefront! In their latest episode, Karl and Jason sit down with returning guest Kyle Avery from Frontlines to talk about their favorite characters from the six Star Wars films! From memorable characters like C3PO and R2D2 to everyone's favorite villian, Darth Vader, the three hosts discuss what it is about these characters which they love so much!  

  In their latest episode Karl and Jason sit down to discuss the greatest mystery in all of Star Wars: the Force.  They talk about what exactly the Force is as revealed to us throughout the films, what are the different aspects of the Force, and how it is used by both the Jedi and Sith. After Chris explains this fantastic venture of his, the three of them sit down to hash out how the six Star Wars films rank for themselves and why. They discuss what they liked about seeing the film again on the big screen as well as what it was like seeing Star Wars in 3D.  Then they do what they love best: dive into the Star Wars story itself as they go into a movie-long discussion of Episode 1.  From all the major plot points to character development, Karl and Jason have a great time submersing themselves into the phantom menace! From the Prequel trilogy to the dvd changes to Jar Jar Binks; many topics are discussed in the hopes of bringing a stronger unity to the Star Wars community!
