They then run down the news of the week including Davey Richards’s involvement (or lack of) in a UK promotion, Sami Callihan getting interest from the WWE and the feud between Colt Cabana & Adam Pearce for the NWA title which culminates this weekend in a steel cage in Melbourne, Australia. Part 2 is dedicated to women’s wrestling with Randy giving his review and thoughts on the SHINE 3 iPPV, and both guys running down the results from last weekend’s SHINE 4 iPPV with the SHIMMER championship on the line. The final segment has further indy news from Sandro’s email for upcoming shows from AAW, DGUSA & EVOLVE, as well as picks galore as Randy gives his picks for WWE’s Hell In A Cell and both guys giving their picks for PWG’s Failure To Communicate show and Wrestling Is Fun’s (a spinoff of CHIKARA) FREE iPPV for this weekend, as well as giving details on how you can see the event for free yourself.

The Open Book came back to the airwaves with the Sensational Sean back in the saddle with Ashley along for the ride in a Halloween-esque show. On this show the boys talked about WWE’s upcoming ppv, Hell in a Cell, with their thoughts on what could happen this Sunday, all the way up to next years Elimination Chamber. The boys also quickly talked about the AJ/Cena angle currently going on. In segment 2 the boys covered all the latest video game news, with a major rant from Sean on video game reviewers, ending with a offer to all video game companies for him to review their games honestly. Also in segment 2 the boys gave their top 3 scariest games. In segment 3 the boys covered all the latest entertainment news, ending with a conversation on the red band trailer for the new Evil Dead, and Ashley ended up getting fired and rehired in the span of 15 seconds after going over the 4 word minimum of his Skyfall review. Also the boys gave their top 5 scariest films, and some interesting titles on these lists. All this and more in this Halloween packed episode of the Open Book.

Randy and Ashley are back with another slice of Indy goodness as a new episode of The Whole Indy Show is here on the SNS Radio Network.  They first cover the news, including WWE spoiling their own show and with thanks to Sandro e-mailing in, news & updates from NY’s BEYOND Wrestling, WSU, DragonGateUSA, Mexico and Japan. Part 2 sees the final night of CHIKARA’s King Of Trios 2012 being reviewed by the guys, with the champions crowned, some incredible Joshi wrestling, a lot of surprise appearances and one of the best and/or craziest matches of this year with Red Bull, death, hugging and an impromptu rendition of the Canadian national anthem and the afforementioned Duck, Duck Goose, plus much more. They also touch on some of the matches added to their upcoming shows, including an interesting development for the Cibernetico tournament. The final segment sees another review, this time of last weekend’s ROH iPPV, Glory By Honor XI, including no streaming issues for the event this time around, a very interesting match with Jay Lethal and Davey Richards, a probable nasty injury for a manager and a hardhitting main event between Kevin Steen (ole!) and Michael Elgin. With Sean away writing and performing his own play this weekend, Ashley was going solo for this week’s Open Book episode. He first mentioned the success of the SNS on the Fourdown PPV predictions for last week’s TNA PPV, as well as paying his respects to the late Mike Graham, who passed away on Friday. He then covers some more of the developer sessions from last month’s Eurogamer with the big upcoming games, including Assassin’s Creed 3, Far Cry 3 and Halo 4. The second segment covers the gaming news, including a LOT of legal cases this week for EA Sports and the Black Eyed Peas among others, the big Elite announcement from Activision regarding Black Ops 2 and how an built-in microphone doesn’t mean you can talk to your friends with your WiiU, which may or may not have been built by a child. Ashley also runs down the special editions that are available for the upcoming Bioshock Infinite. And there is also a pre-recorded Sean, who tells us about the game that he’s been playing this week, XCOM: Enemy Unknown. The final part of the show has the big entertainment news, including a possible Twilight spinoff, Edgar Wright’s Ant Man getting a release date and Black Dynamite may return, as well as Sean calling in live to check-in and Anthony calling in to talk about some Paranormal Activity amongst other things. Bronx opened up the phonelines only to get a call from the network’s CEO, JJ (All Caps) $exay, who was honest as always with his opinion of TNA. Chris Crelly, who was live at Impact tonight, chimed in and talked about how his signs were ruined in the Impact Zone, and about his post show desire to get inebriated with some TNA talent! Terrance, a TNA Chat Live regular chimed in, and was very candid and honest about his opinion of Impact tonight.
