We took a weekend trip down to Carnival Sunshine in Port Canaveral, Florida and talked to the Cruise Director Ryan. This is Ryan's second week on the job as he's filling in for the original Cruise Director Jamie D. We also chat with a passenger about their Carnival Sunshine experience.  The summer is heating up with Caribbean shore excursions and we talk about cruise excursions in St. Thomas, Aruba, Barbados and St. Vincent.

The interesting thing about this cruise line is that the ship used to belong to Carnival Cruise Line as Carnival Celebration. Royal Caribbean recently announced that Majesty of the Seas will stay with the Royal fleet and undergo extensive renovations in 2016. Part of those renovations include a waterslide, additional dining venues, kid programs and complimentary high-speed internet. We sit down and talk with the Cruise Director and Hotel Director of Majesty of the Seas and get their takes on the ship, renovations, their jobs and what makes this Bahamas-bound ship so appealing to thousands of guests every week.  Next week we get a review of the ship.
