It costs a lot of time and money when you hire the wrong people. Michael has made the same mistake many others have by hiring someone who was under-experienced. It took over a year to fix the damage caused. Be slow to hire and fast to fire. 7) Creative Content brings traffic. If you focus some energy on being creative you can hit the traffic jackpot. Lists are very compelling for readers because we all love lists. Controversial posts can be equally as effective due to our love of disaster and debate. Make sure your content is valuable and original. The more appealing it is the more traffic you will generate from outside sources linking back to you. 8) Inspire others. If you help others and inspire others through valuable instruction and value based information you will create a very loyal and passionate following.
