Pastor Ken Hutcherson 3:8 The wind 16 blows wherever it will, and you hear the sound it makes, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” 17 3:9 Nicodemus replied, 18 “How can these things be?” 19 3:10 Jesus answered, 20 “Are you the teacher of Israel and yet you don’t understand these things? 21 3:11 I tell you the solemn truth, 22 we speak about what we know and testify about what we have seen, but 23 you people 24 do not accept our testimony. 25 3:12 If I have told you people 26 about earthly things and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things? 27 3:13 No one 28 has ascended 29 into heaven except the one who descended from heaven – the Son of Man. 30 3:14 Just as 31 Moses lifted up the serpent 32 in the wilderness, 33 so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 34 3:15 so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.” 35 3:16 For this is the way 36 God loved the world: He gave his one and only 37 Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish 38 but have eternal life. 39

For no one could perform the miraculous signs 5 that you do unless God is with him.” 3:3 Jesus replied, 6 “I tell you the solemn truth, 7 unless a person is born from above, 8 he cannot see the kingdom of God.” 9 3:4 Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter his mother’s womb and be born a second time, can he?” 10 3:5 Jesus answered, “I tell you the solemn truth, 11 unless a person is born of water and spirit, 12 he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 3:6 What is born of the flesh is flesh, 13 and what is born of the Spirit is spirit. 3:7 Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must all 14 be born from above.’ 15

Pastor Ken Hutcherson 2:13 Now the Jewish feast of Passover 27 was near, so Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 28 2:14 29 He found in the temple courts 30 those who were selling oxen and sheep and doves, and the money changers sitting at tables. 31 2:15 So he made a whip of cords 32 and drove them all out of the temple courts, 33 with the sheep and the oxen. He scattered the coins of the money changers 34 and overturned their tables. 2:16 To those who sold the doves he said, “Take these things away from here! Do not make 35 my Father’s house a marketplace!” 36 2:17 His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal 37 for your house will devour me.” 38 2:18 So then the Jewish leaders 39 responded, 40 “What sign can you show us, since you are doing these things?” 41

Pastor Ken Hutcherson 2:1 Now on the third day there was a wedding at Cana 1 in Galilee. 2 Jesus’ mother 3 was there, 2:2 and Jesus and his disciples were also invited to the wedding. 4 2:3 When the wine ran out, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no wine left.” 5 2:4 Jesus replied, 6 “Woman, 7 why are you saying this to me? 8 My time 9 has not yet come.” 2:5 His mother told the servants, “Whatever he tells you, do it.” 10 2:6 Now there were six stone water jars there for Jewish ceremonial washing, 11 each holding twenty or thirty gallons. 12 2:7 Jesus told the servants, 13 “Fill the water jars with water.” So they filled them up to the very top. 2:8 Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the head steward,” 14 and they did. 2:9 When 15 the head steward tasted the water that had been turned to wine, not knowing where it came from 16 (though the servants who had drawn the water knew), he 17 called the bridegroom 2:10 and said to him, “Everyone 18 serves the good wine first, and then the cheaper 19 wine when the guests 20 are drunk. You have kept the good wine until now!” 2:11 Jesus did this as the first of his miraculous signs, 21 in Cana 22 of Galilee. In this way he revealed 23 his glory, and his disciples believed in him. 24 Cleansing the Temple 2:12 After this he went down to Capernaum 25 with his mother and brothers 26 and his disciples, and they stayed there a few days.

Pastor Ken Hutcherson 1:35 Again the next day John 86 was standing there 87 with two of his disciples. 1:36 Gazing at Jesus as he walked by, he said, “Look, the Lamb of God!” 88 1:37 When John’s 89 two disciples heard him say this, 90 they followed Jesus. 91 1:38 Jesus turned around and saw them following and said to them, “What do you want?” 92 So they said to him, “Rabbi” (which is translated Teacher), 93 “where are you staying?” 1:39 Jesus 94 answered, 95 “Come and you will see.” So they came and saw where he was staying, and they stayed with him that day. Now it was about four o’clock in the afternoon. 96

Pastor Ken Hutcherson 1:19 Now 49 this was 50 John’s 51 testimony 52 when the Jewish leaders 53 sent 54 priests and Levites from Jerusalem 55 toask him, “Who are you?” 56 1:20 He confessed – he did not deny but confessed – “I am not the Christ!” 57 1:21 So they asked him, “Then who are you? 58 Are you Elijah?” He said, “I am not!” 59 “Are you the Prophet?” 60 He answered, “No!”

Pastor Mark Webster 7:1 Now with regard to the issues you wrote about: “It is good for a man not to have sexual relations with a woman.” 1 7:2But because of immoralities, each man should have relations with 2 his own wife and each woman with 3 her own husband.7:3 A husband should give to his wife her sexual rights, 4 and likewise a wife to her husband. 7:4 It is not the wife who hasthe rights to her own body, but the husband. In the same way, it is not the husband who has the rights to his own body, butthe wife. 7:5 Do not deprive each other, except by mutual agreement for a specified time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. 5 Then resume your relationship, 6 so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. 7:6 I saythis as a concession, not as a command. 7:7 I wish that everyone was as I am. But each has his own gift from God, one this way, another that. 7:8 To the unmarried and widows I say that it is best for them to remain as I am. 7:9 But if they do not have self-control, let them get married. For it is better to marry than to burn with sexual desire. 7 7:10 To the married I give this command – not I, but the Lord 8 – a wife should not divorce a husband 7:11 (but if she does, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband), and a husband should not divorce his wife. 7:12 To the rest I say – I, not the Lord 9 – if a brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is happy to live with him, he should not divorce her. 7:13 And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is happy to live with her, she shouldnot divorce him. 7:14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified because of the wife, and the unbelieving wife because of her husband. 10 Otherwise your children are unclean, but now they are holy. 7:15 But if the unbeliever wants a divorce, let it take place. In these circumstances the brother or sister is not bound. 11 God has called you in peace. 7:16 For how do you know,wife, whether you will bring your husband to salvation? 12 Or how do you know, husband, whether you will bring your wifeto salvation? 13

Pastor Ken Hutcherson 1:15 John 39 testified 40 about him andshouted out, 41 “This one was the one about whom I said, ‘He who comes after me is greater than I am, 42 because he existed before me.’” 1:16 For we have all received from his fullness one gracious gift after another. 43 1:17 For the law was given through Moses, but 44 grace and truth came about through Jesus Christ. 1:18 No onehas ever seen God. The only one, 45 himself God, who is in closest fellowship with 46 the Father, has made God47 known. 48
