8-year old Dawson Devereaux suffered a severe sunburn on his shoulders and back while attending a Mount Pearl summer camp. Mayor Dave Aker said the city takes full responsibility, and said they're also making changes to the camp's dress code. The story had exploded on social media over the weekend, when the boy's father posted pictures of his blistered shoulders.
