This week, Scotty Wazz gives a bit of a preview to the season for the Maryland hockey teams, especially with games this weekend. Team Maryland, Stevenson, Navy, University of Maryland, Loyola University, Towson-- we've got most of them covered, and we'll tell you how we'll get the rest going.
This week, the boys talk about the new ads that were revealed for the NHL squads this season and why they're alright after all. The Coyotes are have gotten more revenue for season tickets than ever before, Scotty's selling more hockey cards than ever before, and FloSports is buying all the hockey. Plus, Lyle Richardson of Spector's Hockey joins us to talk new contracts and the 1972 Summit Series, along with Jen Conway-- the NHL History Girl.
In the pilot edition of Defending The Den, Scotty Wazz previews the Maryland Black Bears opening weekend against the New Jersey Titans. Also, he'll try to predict the future roster for the opening weekend, while opining on why this new show exists.
This week, the boys talk about the Flyers new monthly ticket packages and what it could do for other teams. They'll go over the randomness of late summer happenings. Sean Leahy of No Affiliation joins to talk Tage Thompson's deal, which bad coach comes back first, and more randomness.
