Grant has been using the Steyr pistols as a defensive firearm for a number of years now, and is also currently using the Steyr AUG as his chosen rifle.You’re known as a revolver guy Grant, what was your background with semi-auto pistols and rifles prior to you carrying a Steyr?What drove you to pick Steyr as a brand?What sets the Steyr series of pistols apart from other similar handguns on the market?Have you found that the not-often-seen trapezoidal sights on the Steyr have helped your shooting? I really enjoyed them. The gun pointed naturally and I feel like the sights were very easy to pick up.Moving on to the Steyr rifles. Do you have experience with the AUG only or have you worked with their Scout rifles?While it looks modern, the AUG was actually designed & introduced in the 1970’s, yet we don’t see them very often.
