It promised to be a day decided by climbs but in the end it was story of brilliant breaks and tricky tacks. Stage 14 had controversy and sportsmanship in abundance. Action and reaction from the boys in the Pyrenees.
The profile suggested it would be a sprinter's day and a sprinter duly won. Easy day right? Far from it, a spiky climb, cross-winds on the run-in and a lead out from the yellow jersey made it an eventful day in the saddle.

Stage 10 and honours on the day went to the king of the breakaway, Thomas Voeckler, but Bradley Wiggins also had cause to be satisfied.
Today's Time Trial turned out be one of the best days in Bradley Wiggins' illustrious career, claiming his maiden stage victory and extending his overall lead. Plenty to celebrate.
