Varriott’s was founded by Jude Toussaint in November 2008. The mission of the company is to empower immigrants from all walks of life who came in the United States to live a better life, but instead quickly found themselves in a rat race. They are the ones who work the hardest, get to work the longest hours without any overtime pay, and get to be paid minimum wage. The English language is a major setback in their respective lives. From fluent in their maternal tongue to foreign in the English Language, they are viewed as handicap, and they cannot defend their rights. They resign themselves in their respective community to give them closer, or to remind them of home. Very few of them get to escape their lifestyle, and be really part of the United States and help shape its future. They are viewed as less than third class citizen. They are underrepresented by the media.  The name of Varriott’s stands for variety, and envisions spreading its wings over anything that is art-related such as theater, music, movies, paintings, and etc. While focusing on art, Varriott’s wants to be the company that rightly represents all immigrants whether they are Afro-Caribbean like Haitians, Jamaicans, or whether they are Latinos, Africans, Asians and Europeans. Varriott’s motto is Leading, Growing, and Diversifying Efficiently.

After years of misguided direction and pain brought on his family, something significant began to happen in his life. GOD stepped in and through a very painful event in his life; He opened Chris’ mind and his heart, in a time that was designed to turn him against GOD. “GOD fought for me”, says Chris when asked about his sudden change of heart, “My friends failed me, my family failed me, everyone around me failed me, but then I prayed, and prayed, and prayed, something I never really done in my life and suddenly GOD made miracles happen. The closer I got to Him, the more favor he placed on my life. I’ve never felt joy in my life like I do now.” After years of doing secular music Chris has transformed his sound into New Age Christian Rap and Gospel. Not knowing how or where to start GOD has made it very clear to him that this was his purpose all along: to glorify His name, to bring lost souls to Him and offer them Christ, while providing our youth and the world with positive yet, good music that is definitely worth listening to. Now with faith in his heart and the Armor of GOD on his body, Chris Faith begins his ministry leaving behind a legacy that will change the world today as we know it….

Melo’s grind is a result of pure dedication and shear will at times. With no assistance from managers or investors, Melo continues to come up with innovative ways to push his music and brand to the public. He is currently working tirelessly on his next album The Heart of the City, which is being produced solely and entirely by industry renowned THX.  Melo says “I feel like this album is going to take me where I need to be. Not only is it some of my best material, but the level of musicianship going into this project will definitely leave the listener with a feeling of satisfaction.”  With all of Melo’s accomplishments, and intentions, the question still remains; are people really ready for an artist like Melo? Do people really want music that speaks to them directly and touches them emotionally? Well there is only one sure fire way to find out.
