Summary: Utah Foundation is a private, non-partisan public policy research group founded in 1945. We study tax policy, public school funding, environmental issues and many other topics of interest to the community and to Utah's political leaders. Our mission is to promote a thriving economy, a well-prepared workforce and a high quality of life for Utahns.
