Kyra Anastasia Sudofsky recently moved to L.A. from Washington, D.C. where she was the Founder and Director of Inspired Yoga. She began her yoga journey over 20 years ago after she injured her back in a ski accident. She has studied at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, and with acclaimed teachers including Rodney Yee, David Swenson, Shiva Rea and Saul David Raye. Additionally, Kyra has a degree in holistic health counseling and nutrition from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and counsels clients one-on-one. When not teaching, Kyra leads adventure tours trekking in Nepal, visiting Mayan ruins in Guatemala, and swimming with dolphins in New Zealand. Kyra’s yoga classes are physically challenging while focusing on breath and mindfulness. Her intention is to inspire others to discover their own sense of adventure, and tap into their joy, both on and off the mat.
