Summary: Philosopher Cass Sunstein describes a "norm entrepreneur" as an individual who recognizes that the commitment to existing norms is a fragile thing. Further, norm entrepreneurs harness this fragility to move society to express a different set of norms. Mohandas Ghandi, for example, was a norm entrepreneur, a change agent.
