Summary: On Friday October 9th, 2009 the Hillsborough County Republican Party will host its first ever Ronald Reagan Day Dinner. Over the past six months individuals have contacted us from all across Hillsborough County and all walks of life that are concerned about the direction of America. Most of these people have never been politically engaged before. In the lead up to the Presidential Election in 1980, the country was facing many of the same challenges we are facing today. Then, President Reagan was elected and delivered the promise of the Republican Party of less taxes and more freedom.
