Her article titled, “The Link Between Language and Leaders” describes how leaders have to be careful at what language they use to speak and write. Wether your writing is e-mail, proposals or handouts, your choice of words is important. The proper use of the language we use “play a tremendous role in a person’s ability to lead and influence others“, she states.<br> She asks, “Are you working to develop your leadership skills? People from all cultures insist that proper language separates the wealthy from the poor, the educated from the uneducated – and most important of all – the leaders from the folloers.”<br> Her firm has trained countless people in various countries in the proper usage of grammer.
